Products We Sell
We sell hanging baskets, mangers, troughs and barrels of planted flowers as described on our website catalogue and printed publications. Photographs on Our Website include copyright watermarks that must not be removed.
Copyright and Intellectual Property
Photographs, graphics and design of paper documents and online websites, associated logos, graphics and products or items produced by us are Copyright and may not be reproduced or copied in any way without our direct written permission. Logos graphics and photographs not owned by Northfield Nursery are Copyright to their respective owners.
Ordering Services or Buying Products we Sell
Orders for Services and/or Products may be made in person, by telephone, or e-
Preparation and Dispatch
All deliveries are prepared to order and dispatched in vans by our friendly team of drivers. Our baskets are loaded and unloaded individually by hand to ensure that every delivery is as near-
Charges For Services and Products.
Our standard rates are published on our website. Quotes for more specific orders can be taken. All orders are subject to VAT at the standard rate.
Payment for Services, Products, or Items Sold
For Home delivery services, payments may be made by debit or credit card over the phone, cheque or bank transfer.
In all other circumstances, goods, services and products can be paid for by cheque or bank transfer.
Our terms are strictly 30 days.
We reserve the right to collect the product if payment is not made in full. All products remain the property of Northfield Nursery until payment has been received.
Refunds, Replacements and Cancellations
If you are not satisfied with the product supplied we need to be notified immediately on delivery, where we will be happy to replace or refund the product, we can only offer a refund or replacement within 14 days of delivery, as long as the product has been properly maintained throughout this period.
